After a couple of quiet weeks our season continued with Tarrabb winning on debut at Chelmsford. It was a most professional performance and she did it very nicely! It probably wasn't the strongest of races but the manner in which she did it impressed me.
Alflaila then put up a huge performance at Ascot, carrying top weight in what's normally a good race. He was a lot more grown up mentally before hand which was pleasing so hopefully he can build on this as the season progresses. He has been put up to a mark of 109 today so handicaps are out of the question for now! We may look at the Jersey at Royal Ascot for his next start.
We then went on to Nottingham in the evening where Naadyaa had her third run which qualifies her for handicaps now, I was pleased with her run and hopefully she can pick a race up soon!
Washraa continues in fine form for the season with another good performance in the last race of the evening! She's a filly who looks to be still learning but is still able to get the job done!
Minzaal starts his season at York today in the Group 2 Duke of York. I think he could be a real flag bearer for us this season so hopefully he'll run well. Whatever he does tomorrow it will put him spot on for Royal Ascot and his future engagements. We have a few entered at the end of the week but I'm not sure what will run just yet!
